December 2023 Issue

Our holiday issue for 2023 is full of Christmas spirit. We start off with a spotlight on Main Street Market, an artisan and antique marketplace on Main Street in Mount Airy which makes the perfect place to shop for holiday gifts. In Fit Living, we look at ways to manage the stress that can come with the busy holiday season. In Just A Thought, we remember the spark of hope that is ignited when both churches and barns are built. In Hope, Certainly, we are reminded to hang our hope on what we know to be true. In This Little Light of Mine, we explore “godliness with contentment.” We create lifelong memories with a book and a gingerbread cookie in Simply Delicious and reimagine the red velvet cheesecake in Sweet and Savory Life. We learn which holiday plants are hazardous to our pets in Pets and Livestock, and we look at compromising in Navigating Life With A Horse, Faith, and Common Sense.
